This is a great family neighborhood!  Lots of kids!  Swim/Tennis community with a great home owner association.  Many times there is a pickup baseball game going on in the cul-de-sac or kids riding bikes and having a great time!  The neighbors around me really get along and have cordial, friendly relationships.  Many walkers in the mornings and evenings!
